We are delighted to be able to welcome you back to our Little Fishes Autumn Term, at the new time of 11am - 12 noon on Wednesdays in term time,
starting on 14th October 2020. Although Joan B and Pat cannot be with us this term, they
have put together a lovely programme to keep us all entertained!
We have worked really hard to ensure that we are following all the current rules and restrictions to keep us safe and legal. In light
of this we thought we would outline a few things so you know what to expect.
Booking your places
Unfortunately, restrictions mean we can only
have a maximum of 5 or 6 families (depending on family size) . To make sure places are allocated fairly,
please fill in the Little FishesGoogle Booking Form (click on the link below) to request your
place. Initially, places will offered on
a first come, first served basis, with Katie contacting you by the Tuesday evening to let you know whether or not you have a place. Anyone who cannot get a place one week
will be prioritised for the following week. With places at a premium, if you have a place
but find you cannot make it (for whatever reason) please do let us know so it can be
offered to someone else.
When entering the Community Centre, unless exempt, please
wear a mask and sanitise your hands at the door (sanitiser provided).
Please Check-in using the QR code reader on the NHS test and
trace app if you have it downloaded on your phone. The code is on the door.
Follow the arrows on the floor towards the Highfield Hall at
the back of the centre. The doors into the hall are on the left as you enter the bar area.
Sign in and choose one of the ‘stations’ marked out
around the hall for your family group. There will be sufficient bags of activities for two children at each station.
We will be doing crafts and rhymes, and listening to a Bible
At this moment we are not permitted to sing so we will listen to songs, doing actions or playing instruments along to them.
We are still able to provide biscuits so these will be in your activity
Please do bring drinks for yourself and your child(ren) as we are unable to
provide them for now.
We will be making every effort to ensure there is adequate
social distancing amongst the adults and ask that you join us in making sure we
keep 2 metres away from each other to keep us all safe.
We are really looking forwards to seeing you all again in
the coming weeks!
